Frankly the programs with the money will survive

If u have a hundred million dollar program u are safe- if u run a natonal program always ranked - u are safe- if u are in major tv markets u are safe

It's going to be media based -

That's why vt uping their game on contributions and outreach to dc - with our significant campus structure - 4 campuses we can say we are dc based
